Boil 1 cup of water, add 2-3 spoonful of paste, add chicken meat, mushroom, boil till cook, serve while hot.

This paste gives great taste to Tom Kha Kai. Not really an instant. Its great flavor BUT not with the recipe on the jar. Very weak if you follow their instructions, couldn't add enough to get it tasting right. If you use it for a seasoning base its great. Add a can of chicken stock and a small can of coconut cream with the chicken and mushrooms, add some slivered onions and a little cilantro and its just like take out.
