Use Mazola canola oil for: Salads, stir-frying sauteing, baking. Use Mazola olive oil for: Pasta, stir-frying sauteing, salads. To use: recommended frying temperature: 375 degrees F. Avoid overheating oil. To prevent spattering, blot or wipe excess moisture from foods before adding to oil.
Caution: oil burns if overheated. If oil smokes, reduce heat. Do not leave unattended when heating. Do not put water on hot or flaming oil. Do not pour hot oil into any plastic bottle. Do not place container near heat or flame. If oil catches fire, turn off heat and cover until cooled. Do not use water.
