For longer storage, place flour bag in a resealable plastic freezer bag and refrigerate or freeze. What flours can I substitute with unbleached all purpose flour? Unbleached all purpose flour and all purpose flour can be used interchangeably. If the recipe calls for self-rising flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt for every cup of unbleached all purpose flour substitute in the recipe.
