Shan Lahori Fish Masala
Fish 1 kg (boneless chunks/flay/pieces/whole)
Oil/clarified butter 3 cups/500 gm for frying
Shan Lahori fish spice 1 packet
1. Make paste of lahori fish spice with half bowl water and marinate on fish and leave for 20-30 minutes.
2. Then fry fish until golden and crisp.
3. Serve with salad and raita.
