Thai Green curry powder is used to make Thai Green curries, the most distinct but popular version of curry and makes Thai Green curries, with a distinct sharp, hot, and brighter flavor. Suggested Simple recipe to make Thai Green Chicken curry:

Mix Shrimp Paste with Curry powder (1tsp shrimp paste for each 1tbsp curry powder) & enough water or fish sauce & make a paste-like consistency. Stir fry 4 tbsp of this prepared Curry Paste in 1 tbsp oil add 1 cup of coconut milk, mix, and bring to a boil. Add 1 lb meat (cut in pieces), stir & add 1 more cup of coconut milk, and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup of vegetable of your choice, stir, and cook until the meat is soft & tender. Add 1/2 tsp brown sugar and salt to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh Thai basil & serve.
